MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA
Corporate Members (§§11-13)
(11) Membership of the International Valuation Standards Council
(IVSC) is open to a company or firm that provides valuation services.
(12) Applicants should provide details of their legal structure
and, where appropriate, place of registration, together with details
of the nature of valuation activities that they undertake, details
of locations traded from and number of employees. International
networks of firms practicing under the same name or whose member
firms are otherwise closely identified with one another, such as through
common elements in their name will be expected to join as one organization.
(13) Membership is open to firms of all sizes, including networks
trading under a common brand, that:
- Support the consistent application of high quality valuation
practices worldwide; including the use of International Valuation
Standards (IVS);
- Support convergence of national valuation standards
with IVS;
- Demonstrate financial and operational viability to
continue to meet the obligations of membership including the
payment of IVSC member dues; and
- Agree to meet the IVSC’s membership
obligations.
– MEMBERSHIP RATE: Corporate membership is US$10,000
per annum.
