and services on its World Wide Web site (the Site) under the following
terms and conditions. By accessing and/or using this site, you will
be deemed to accept the following terms and conditions:

and timely, but IVSC does not make any representations or warranties,
express or implied, about the accuracy or timeliness or completeness

IVSC WEB SITE PRIVACY STATEMENT
This statement sets forth the IVSC’s Privacy Statement:
- If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the IVSC Site,
read pages, or download information, we will gather and store certain
information about your visit automatically. This information does not
identify you personally. IVSC uses this information to help make the
Site more useful to visitors, to learn about the numbers of visitors
to the Site and to determine the types of technology our visitors use.

name and address, through registering to download IVS 2005, IVSC may

registering, if you do not wish to receive this information from the
IVSC.
- On line orders for the International Valuation Standards and the
IVSC Subscription Service are processed by the Appraisal Institute via
its web site. When users are asked to submit sensitive information (such
as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected
with encryption software – SSL – used by the Appraisal Institute.
The Appraisal Institute provides the IVSC with the name and contact
details only for purchasers of the International Valuation Standards
and the IVSC Subscription Service.
- IVSC is committed to protecting the security of your personal information.
All information given to the IVSC is stored securely and is not accessible
to other users. IVSC does not sell, trade or rent your personal information
to others.
