IVSC Welcomes Leigh Miller to the Board of Trustees and Thanks Outgoing Trustee, Iseo Pasquali

IVSC is pleased to announce the appointment of Leigh Miller to its Board of Trustees. Leigh brings over 30 years of experience in providing a broad range of valuation services to clients and has held a number of leadership positions in the valuation profession. He continues to serve clients and is also currently Ernst & Young’s Global Conflicts Leader, part of the firm’s Risk Management function.

A longstanding advocate for high-quality, transparent valuation standards, Leigh has been actively involved with IVSC for many years, having previously served on the Standards Review Board. He is also a former member of the Governing Council, Americas Board and the Standards & Regulation Board for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Leigh’s appointment reinforces IVSC’s commitment to advancing the global valuation profession and ensuring the continued development and adoption of International Valuation Standards (IVS). His extensive experience working with clients, auditors, and regulators will be invaluable in helping IVSC strengthen international best practices in valuation.

Commenting on his appointment, Leigh Miller said:
“The IVSC plays a critical role in promoting consistency and transparency in valuation worldwide. Global standards are fundamental to fostering trust in valuation, and I look forward to contributing to IVSC’s mission in my role on the Board of Trustees.”

Nick Talbot, IVSC Chief Executive, welcomed Leigh’s appointment, stating:
“Leigh is a highly respected leader in the global valuation profession, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs. His knowledge and experience will be invaluable to the Board of Trustees as we continue to drive the adoption of International Valuation Standards and strengthen the profession worldwide.”

As Leigh joins the Board of Trustees, IVSC also extends its gratitude to Iseo Pasquali, who steps down after completing two terms since his appointment in 2018. Over the past six years, Iseo has played an instrumental role in IVSC’s governance, contributing significantly through his work on the Audit Committee and Membership Appointments Committee.

Reflecting on Iseo’s tenure, Nick Talbot added:
“On behalf of the IVSC, I would like to extend our sincere thanks to Iseo for his dedication and invaluable contributions. His leadership has helped strengthen IVSC’s governance and support its continued growth. We greatly appreciate his commitment and wish him all the best for the future.”
