IVSC Annual General Meeting 2025

27–29 October · The Lalit Hotel, New Delhi, India

The IVSC Annual General Meeting 2025 will be a landmark gathering of valuation leaders and decision-makers from around the world. Building on the success of last year’s AGM in Hong Kong, which welcomed over 200 participants from 47 countries, this year’s event in New Delhi will provide a unique platform for international collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and leadership in valuation.

A Three-Day Global Programme

Over three days, participants will have the opportunity to engage with IVSC’s technical boards and leadership, connect with peers from across markets, and contribute to shaping the future of International Valuation Standards and the valuation profession.

All of the IVSC’s boards—including the Business Valuation Board, Financial Instruments Board, Tangible Assets Board, Standards Review Board, and the IVSC Board of Trustees—will meet in person. These important sessions reflect the IVSC’s mission to develop high-quality international valuation standards through transparent, global collaboration.

This year’s agenda focuses on the themes shaping standards and practice worldwide, including:

  • Updates to IVS and IVSC’s work programme, including engagement with regulators and global stakeholders.

  • The future of learning and practice, with initiatives to support the next generation of valuation professionals.

  • ESG and climate considerations, and their growing influence on valuation across regions and asset classes.

  • Regional insights, including collaborative research with the Asian Development Bank on valuation in Asia-Pacific.

  • AI and new technologies, and their role in reshaping valuation, risk, and strategy.

  • Quality assurance and consistency, featuring the launch of practical tools and case studies.

  • Strategic outlook, with a candid discussion on IVSC’s global engagement and future direction.

Interactive sessions, case studies, and open Q&A will ensure that members’ voices are heard. The day concludes with the AGM Gala Dinner, a unique opportunity to strengthen global connections ahead of the Real Value Conference on Wednesday 29 October.

Real Value Conference – 29 October

On Wednesday 29 October, the IVSC will support and participate in the Real Value Conference, co-hosted by IVSC member organisations AaRVF and RICS. This flagship international conference will feature senior representatives of the Indian Government, together with valuation stakeholders from across the wider region and around the globe.

The agenda will explore some of the most important themes shaping valuation today, including:

  • Sustainable valuation practices and ESG integration
